“Spirit of the Depths” draws on Jung’s Red Book, where the Spirit of the Depths confronts the Spirit of This Time: utility, explanation, social authority, and prevailing values. Rising and receding layers represent the force that breaks the dominance of reason and leads the ego toward the soul as a living, autonomous reality. As buried images surface, the track follows Jung’s descent from ordered knowledge into paradox, dream, sacrifice, and the difficult balance between timeless depths and contemporary life.
